Processors and recipients
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and respond to enquiries. Depending on which features are enabled, these may include Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Cal.com for scheduling, HubSpot for CRM records, and Slack for internal intake alerts. We also load fonts from Fontshare and Bunny Fonts.
International transfers
Some processors operate infrastructure outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred internationally, Blu Wingu relies on the provider's published transfer safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Retention
- Website security logs are retained only for operational security and troubleshooting needs.
- Unsuccessful enquiry records are normally reviewed and deleted when they are no longer commercially relevant.
- Client and prospect correspondence is retained for the period needed to manage the relationship, handle disputes, and meet legal or tax obligations.
- Consent preferences are retained in your browser until you clear them or update your choice.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, transfer, or object to the processing of your personal data. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Contact info@bluwingu.com.
