A Fractional CTO, Chief AI Officer (CAIO), or Enterprise AI Architect retainer places a named Blu Wingu senior practitioner inside your organisation two to three days per week — embedded in your leadership team, accountable for a defined mandate, and operating at the level of judgement your board expects from a C-suite hire. The engagement runs for a minimum of three months, renewable quarterly, and is scoped at the start with a specific set of deliverables and success criteria.
What you get
- Named senior practitioner, embedded — not a resource pool rotation. The same practitioner, two to three days per week, with continuity of context and accountability for outcomes. Agentic AI tooling materially extends the reach of a two-to-three-day embedded engagement beyond what an unaugmented generalist could deliver in the same window.
- Defined mandate and measurable milestones — the retainer is scoped against a specific mandate: agentic architecture design, platform governance, team AI-augmentation, AI risk and model governance, or executive alignment. Milestones are agreed at initiation and reviewed quarterly.
- We leave an augmented workforce behind, not a consultant dependency — every retainer engagement is designed to transfer capability. The exit condition is an internal team that can run the programme without us, not one that requires our continued presence to maintain it.
