Blu Wingu is a consultancy and product foundry built on one operating principle: Be the Nexus. Own the Outcome. Every engagement is led by a named senior practitioner who ships, not a junior team who reports. The seven people below have built platforms at enterprise scale, governed regulatory programmes, led coaching networks across global technology companies, and brought AI into clinical and financial workflows where evidence — not enthusiasm — is the currency. They work as an augmented unit: human judgement directing agentic tooling, verification before delivery, outcomes priced on impact.
Enterprise AI, AIOps and agentic architecture at scale — the whole integrating estate, from observability to AI-verification pipelines and governance.
Chris Jones is a London-based enterprise AI transformation leader and co-founder of Blu Wingu, with more than twenty years architecting and governing technology at enterprise scale — on ServiceNow since 2008, and across AIOps, observability and agentic AI since. He is a heterogeneous architect: he designs the whole integrating estate — observability, APM, event management, data platforms and cloud — with the service layer as a hub, not a boundary. His work spans public sector, financial services, telecoms, pharmaceutical, education, logistics, transport and manufacturing — including programmes for SAP, EDF, Moody's and UK Power Networks, and regulated, high-assurance environments where evidence, not enthusiasm, is the bar. At SAP scale his AIOps architecture delivered 90% event-noise reduction and €3.2M in annual savings; he pioneered an enterprise GenAI assistant before the category had a name, and codified Andrej Karpathy's six LLM failure modes into a reusable AI-verification pipeline. He advises boards and C-suites on AI strategy, governance and AI-native operating models, and writes on enterprise agentic AI. He holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Hons) in Computer Science (with Applied Mathematics) and Information Systems from the University of Cape Town.
Corporate strategy, operational governance, and AI implementation programmes for healthcare and enterprise clients.
Lisa Peneda is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Blu Wingu, with responsibility for corporate strategy, day-to-day operations, legal engagements, company accountancy, resource management, and business development. She has led Blu Wingu's operations since December 2013 — building the company's qualification frameworks, partner relationships, and client delivery structure across digital innovation, business transformation, and centres of excellence. Her current focus is on AI agents that augment diagnostic decision-making in clinical and healthcare contexts — evidence-based implementations that reduce administrative burden while maintaining medical standards. She holds a BA (Hons) equivalent in Performance Arts from the Royal Academy of Dance.
AI fluency frameworks, workforce transformation programmes, and human-AI collaboration architectures for enterprise and growth-stage organisations.
Nathalie Salles-Olivier is a bilingual (English/French) people and culture strategist with two decades of experience inside and alongside some of the world's largest technology organisations — Google, Meta, Splunk, Bloom Energy, NASA, Shell, and Uber — from consulting through to VP level. At Meta she overhauled the global coaching and team development programme, taking satisfaction ratings to 9.6 across all coaching engagements. At Splunk she scaled a rebuilt learning and development model for 8,000+ employees globally. Her doctoral research (University of the Virgin Islands, PhD candidate) focuses on human-AI collaboration and how bias moves from human HR systems into automated decision-making. She holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Presidio Graduate School.
AI-augmented marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for growth-stage AI platforms.
Sabrina Chater is a marketing strategist with a career spanning financial services, investment management, and applied AI. She currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for a multi-jurisdictional AI investment platform, where she leads AI-driven marketing for institutional investment workflows. At Blu Wingu she leads the AI in Marketing practice: designing marketing architectures that use agentic tools, AI-generated content pipelines, and data-driven personalisation to reduce the cost of customer acquisition and improve the signal-to-noise ratio across enterprise go-to-market programmes.
AI strategy, predictive financial models, and technology advisory for institutional and growth-stage clients.
Tom Bennett is an AI strategist and technology leader with a career spanning Wall Street, financial technology, and applied artificial intelligence. He served as Chief Technology Officer for the Risk Group at Bankers Trust in New York, and as Global Head of the Trading Group at IQ Financial Systems, where he led the global deployment of the Trade IQ trading system — at the time the largest roll-out of a trading system globally. At Blu Wingu he leads technology strategy: translating complex AI architectural decisions into commercial investment theses for regulated-sector and institutional clients. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Canterbury.
Go-to-market architecture and decision-reliability frameworks for scaling SaaS and AI-native companies.
Vanessa Meyer is a Stockholm-based GTM strategist and independent board director (Nasdaq) with more than fifteen years as an operator — scaling SaaS companies from $0M to $70M ARR across product-led, sales-led, marketplace, and open-source go-to-market motions. She is Founder and CEO of Growth Wise, an AI-powered decision reliability platform. At Blu Wingu she designs the go-to-market architecture for new service lines and advises on pricing, positioning, and the commercial sequencing of AI-augmented consulting engagements.
Legal governance, regulatory oversight, and strategic advisory for AI-native technology companies.
Suresh Withana is an experienced legal and governance professional who serves as Board Advisor to Blu Wingu on all matters of regulatory language, contractual risk, and compliance posture. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of an AI-native, multi-jurisdictional investment platform, overseeing the governance, legal, and strategic direction of AI deployment across GCC + UK regulatory environments. At Blu Wingu, Suresh reviews all customer-facing regulatory and compliance claims before publication, ensuring that every engagement and product statement meets the evidence standard the firm applies to its own analytical work.
Blu Wingu's seven-person core team is extended by a network of specialist partners across hyperscalers, regulated-sector implementation firms, design and motion studios, and domain-specific AI practitioners. The Nexus Partner model means the right expertise is already contracted and verified before an engagement begins — not sourced after the Statement of Work is signed. Partners are selected by evidence of delivery, not by certification alone. Every partner engagement is governed by the same verification standard Blu Wingu applies to its own work.
